I have been poking around trying the find the law firm that PNG is using. I have nothing yet.
If anyone of you have the law firm name and contact info, please post it. Then I believe that it would be in the best interest to do a class action with PNG as they carry some heavier clout being the 3rd largest single shareholder.
I have contacted the Ontario Securities Commision (since NUS was listed on the TSX) and gave them all the info.
They are starting an investigation , but their authority is to investigate and if any wrong doing was done charges will be laid against the accused. They do nothing for the shareholders. The company was also incorporated in BC and I will be contacting the the BC securities commision as well. No idea what will come out of this.

PNG still have one ace up its sleeve. If DSMF is going to leave PNG out in the cold, PNG just has to cancel all rights for mining in their sea territory (Solara) and that will leave DSMF with no place to mine in the near future.

I agree that we should find out who PNG's attorneys are - I will do my best to find today. As far as deadlines: Monday August 19th. If PNG files a lawsuit by then the whole restructure is blown up.
Also remember - the Seafloor Production Machines are still in PNG. They are not going to just give them back to DSMF after getting screwed. The whole thing doesn't make any sense.
If anyone makes any progress with other class action attorneys please let us know.

Just found the email address for Kumul Minerals in PNG. They are the lead company for PNG investment in Nautilus.
I have emailed asking for the law firm they are using and if they would be interested in a full class action lawsuit against DSMF. Hopefully I will hear back. Not sure if it will be before Monday the 19th though.

Has anyone heard from "Hal" the journalist that contacted this board a few months ago about the ship? I think based on recent events it is possible MB & Mettallo may have conspired in the ship deal falling through. Any thoughts?
