Class Action Advice from Experience
#71
I'm curious as to why there was no shareholder annual meeting this year.  Also, did any shareholders receive a written notice of the CCAA though their broker or NUS?  I don't recall any form of written notification, but I've been busy working on a project this year.  Did I just miss it?  I wonder if there are NUS shareholders without computer access that remain uninformed of what happened to their shares.

Was DSMF diligent in keeping NUS shareholders informed?

I know you are working with a few lawyers. Here is the contact provided by another shareholder. He had talked with a senior partner at BLB&G law firm.
They have offices all over. The senior partner (Anatoli van der Krans) recommended a lawyer in the firm. He is located in New York.
If you would like to contact him as well ( being American - they love suing everyone - may be what we need to get these guys).

If you call, mention that he was referred to buy Anatoli can der Krans. It may help in getting his attention.

This New York law firm. Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman. LLC, is apparently a leader in class-action shareholder law suits.  Apparently they are "pit bulls" in these types of cases.  If we haven't "lawyered up" yet, they maybe worth a call.  FWIW.

Thanks goes to our leaders who are making inquiries for the group.
