Hi Treasure, Nice to hear from you and I apologize for not having direct messaging enabled (I thought it was). I really appreciate you sharing your ideas on where Nautilus is currently and I think we share a similar view that things may not be exactly what they appear.  Granted at this point it's mostly based on instinct than evidence, but the entire wind down of Nautilus still doesn't sit right with me. I hadn't even thought about it, but your point about setting up DSMF to finance Nautilus while it was still a public company really does sounds like part of a larger strategy.

I'm just a regular guy (not an attorney or an analyst) and I don't have any real information, but I think the following four things bother me the most:

#1 Is John McCoach: this guy was head of the TSX and could have worked anywhere he wanted to, but chose to work at Nautilus Minerals? With all his experience / knowledge why would he go to a losing situation? He was brought in to help secure financing (he didn't),  lasted 18 months and then conducted a shorten CCAA process.  Why would he potentially damage his reputation after a super successful career for an 'experimental' mining company? Seems like a stupid risk for such a smart guy.
#2 is the ship issue with Fujian. In late 2018 the company puts out a statement about losing the ship to MDL Energy even though its 80% complete to Nautilus' specifications.  Then after the CCAA is complete, DSMF's website says it still has the ship and it's waiting for electronics.  Was MDL a ruse? Why the discrepancy? What was told to the Courts?
#3 is the daily volume we've all touched on. Nautilus' outstanding float was/is only 640 million shares if I remember right. Mettallo and MB owned 51% at the time of the CCAA and since then tens of millions of shares have traded. Last week was 2 million plus. One Google search of nusmf tells you it's bankrupt - who the f is buying at this point? Do they want to automatically loose money? Also you would think some insider would of sold some or all of their shares shares by now and pocket a quick 10 - 20 grand for themselves but nothing per the last time I checked.
#4 is PNG rolling over after getting screwed. They were 20% equity shareholders (like us) in Nautilus Minerals, Solwara 1, the dozen patents and ongoing intellectual property, etc. Not to mention the 120 million they had already paid. PNG are not amateurs in mining partnerships, yet they didn't challenge the ruling? They just ate it, didn't cancel Nautilus' mining contracts and still provide storage for the 3 mining machines. Sounds normal.

All speculation on my part, but at the end of the day Treasure I'm with you. I'm going to choose to be positive and hang on to my shares. Your right that the timetable maybe extended, but I still believe we'll wake up to winner one day. And if we're ultimately wrong - so what!  Thank you again for getting back to me. Take care and talk soon! Best, LN

Also sycamore: sick find man. Those are definitely the machines!

Late July article where Sir Julius Chan discusses mining revenue sharing and mentions Solwara 1 (about 3/4 way down).

November 11, 2021: Shares still trading (barely).

For a laugh check-out TMC on yahoo finance. There must be 10 different law firms soliciting clients for a class action against them. Sh*t we couldn't get one!

Glass half-full perspective: maybe there was a reason for that...

Doubtful I know.

Looks like trading with nusmf is really slowing down. Is it the final end or just the beginning? Some of us (including me) have speculated that an active share consolidation plan has been taking place since the implosion in late 2018. So just for kicks I went on Barrons (nusmf/advanced chart) and tried to determine the total monthly volume for the past 35 months when the CCAA began in January 2019.

If the chart and my math is correct: there's been roughly 155,463,000 shares traded since 01/01/2019 to 11/23/2021 (70,047,000 in 2019, 34,907,000 in 2020 and 50,509,000 in 2021).

Speculation Time. If there has been a share consolidation plan happening here share ownership would currently look something like this (estimated obviously):
Total Float: 683,000,000.
Mettallo / MB: 341,000,000
DSMF: 76,000,000
Past 35 Month Volume: 155,463,000
Total Shares Potential Ownership: 572,463,000

Chances are slim, but miracles happen everyday (and man could I use one now!). Signing-off for the remainder of the year and I wish everyone, whether agree or disagree, a wonderful holiday season. Best: LN

Same to you LongNautilus and thanks for your input. I'm still in there too and maybe things get lucky for us in the new year. Let's hope for the best!

I too am with you Long Nautilus.  I was kicking around selling during that .03 rally to recover some losses.  But, I thought, I got into this for life changing money so I am not doing that.  I am going to ride this horse right out of town, wherever it goes.  I would love the speculative idea of the people running this show trying to grab as much off the table as possible before it goes parabolic being a real thing.  It would be miraculous, and well deserved for those of us on this very long road.  All the best to everyone.  And keep hoping there is more to this than we can see.
