That's what I believe and I will never sell my shares!!!!

I received this email on 11-18-2019. It is worth looking at as there is a plan.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please note that the Plan of Compromise, Arrangement & Reorganization (the “Plan), was previously approved by creditors and subsequently sanctioned by the Court on August 13, 2019. This includes reference to Nautilus Minerals Inc's bankruptcy and the transactions envisioned under the Plan. Please refer to our website for details on the Plan and Monitor's reports (www.pwc.com/ca/nautilus-minerals).

Regards,

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
In its capacity as Court-Appointed Monitor of
Nautilus Minerals Inc. et al
and not in its personal capacity

Long Nautilus, thank you for all of your sleuthing. You certainly find interesting discussions. Where do you see the daily buys/sells of Nautilus on the private market? I also did not realize that Mike Johnson moved as President from Nautilus to President of DSMF. More interesting facts.

While trying to learn more about the OTC Expert Market I came across this link and wanted to share it.  https://www.securitieslawyer101.com/2022...rt-market/

Most interesting part for me was the following:

"Quotes of securities in the Expert Market are “Unsolicited Only,” which means that trades of securities subject to unsolicited quotation in the Expert Market are only available to broker-dealers, institutions and other sophisticated investors, and not average investors."

I take this to mean that retail investors (like our small dedicated group) couldn't buy additional shares of NUSMF on the Expert Market even if we wanted to.  So the estimated 6.5 million shares of nusmf purchased between 10/1/21 and 4/25/23 had to of been bought by "broker-dealers, institutions and other sophisticated investors" I'm guessing / speculating.

If true - why would professionals screw around with a f'd up symbol like nusmf?

Hopefully, for institutional and professional investors, I hope it is not like going to a local geology Jem show. I guess even sophisticated investors can get taken for a ride. I believe this is still something good is going to happen.

I like the positive attitude Bille - thanks for your contributions!

It looks like The Metals Company just got another delisting notice from Nasdaq for its share price trading below $1 for over 30 days. Man the DSMF  "management" with their decision to buy 4.6% of TMC must be very concerned at this point.  More drama!!

Mid-2019 conference call between DSMF, Mettallo & Mawarid executives:

Speaker:  "Gentlemen I think we should sell the two biggest nickel reserves in the entire world to a brand new company, created by the former founders of Nautilus Minerals, for absolutely no reason at all. All in agreement??

Group: Aye!!!

Obviously I'm joking, but come on? Do highly successful businesses do this? What are we not seeing??

Hi LongNautilus, I am sorry but I am missing something. How would you feel it reflects to us with our Nautilus stock? Thank you in advance. Does the Metals company own Nautilus?
Thanks, Bille

Take a look at the "World's First Deep Sea Commercial Project" brochure from SMD.  Really cool pictures of the mining machines and continues to mention Nautilus Minerals.

So. with what we have in our shares where does that possibly sit potentially with the future? What are the percentages where a share price has gone from dollars to o.ooo1 and come back to be dollars again? My top dollar price I paid for Nautilus was 2.69 a share. I gone a long road ahead...
