Of course! 90% of these rare metals are imported from China. China is already tightening the screws in that regard.

TMC's entire nodule business was "acquired" from Nautilus Minerals in 2019. Nautilus still holds all of the patents needed to sea floor mine. I still firmly believe that these two companies are intertwined and that we will be handsomely rewarded for our patience and vision - miracles happen everyday!!!!

With a value of 0.000001 we can only go up from here. Just the fact that it has never stopped trading means the shares are valid. Fingers crossed. Also, TMC has had a nice jump in the last 2 days.

I'm hoping for a stock swap. TMC acquires the rest of Nautilus Minerals by swapping their tmc shares for nusmf shares and we all become owners in TMC - that way Metalloinvest, Mawarid and anybody else who's held onto their shares finally gets some roi.

I'm sure the Victory Fund wants to make some gains with nusmf. As of March 31, 2025 they still have their 5.7 million shares:

I would expect that here would be a value assessment. Given we would want Nautilus Minerals Niugini to have value before the stock exchange. As much as I hate reduction in hard earned shares such as Nautilus. I actually bought shares early at the peak for 2.69. All things looked good with the ship being 80% before the two top investors stole the company out from under us. I would hate to see a 100 for 1 offer but it could even be 1000 to 1. Let's hope that Nautilus possibly comes out of the private market and gains some value. GLTA long term holders.
