NQ Mobile - Update

Hi,

We have not yet announced the exact date for our Q4 and year-end 2013 earnings report.  We recognize that this has led to many rumors and concerns which we want to address again today.  As we have previously said, we will be announcing the date of our earnings report soon.

Since late October, we have reported a record Q3, we held an investor meeting where we provided 2014 revenue guidance that exceeded expectations, and we have announced numerous new deals and partnerships with major partners including Sprint, Samsung, Ingram Micro, China Mobile, Ubisoft, Telkomsel, and others.

When we report our Q4 and year-end 2013 results, we look forward to continuing the discussion and focus on our business and fundamentals with all of you.

NQ could announce Audit result and earning release date pre-market and then announce earning post-market on the same day.

Just speculation based on: AMAP announcing Alibaba stake last year on Friday before market open and then announced the earning release date pre market the same day and then released the earnings post market the same day.

Yes it is very likely that NQ is already done with their reporting. If they get the audit results they can announce earnings date the morning of for after hours.

Proof is in the pudding. 3 days of 20% short interest per day

This market is capitulating hard so may not matter now even if NQ has great news. GOGO had good earnings today and was shot straightaway.

DANG  SINA YOKU QIHU VNET all had good earnings all shot shortly after. Just a few examples...there are many more. This market may reward but will quickly take back. Sorry this is just what i'm seeing.
