I did not mean to imply that I thought some were disputing that. Like some others on this forum, I was privileged to meet him in Grand Rapids. Neither was I trying to weigh in on the legal question.
All I was trying to do was give some credit to Phil and the management for bringing him on board. I assume we all agree it was a good move. As one who believes that Phil and the management have received more than their fair share of Monday morning criticism and second-guessing over the past two years, I just wanted to highlight the fact that Sir Rabbie is with us because the management made a brilliant move.
A major premise of all discussions of the Sir Rabbie issue is that it was a brilliant move on InterOil's part.
It was, is, and remains very brilliant.
InterOil has made a number of brilliant moves, including being linked up with Henry Aldorf by Carlo Civelli.through Clarion Finanz. That one is going to turn out to be very accretive to shareholder value.
