The report is on this board under analysts reports I think. Remember Morgan is an IOC IBer and as such they have been limited as to what they can say by SEC rules for quite a while. So the report is over 1 year old. STP knows where its stored. I would ask him to put his fingers on it. Sam Tibbs model for IOC valuations is quite valuable and he has variable inputs so one can play with the price and quantity inputs. It also on the board.

One of the key drivers will be the early monetization program. Those darn liquids are quite valuable to a company that owns a refinery whether they use the liquids themselves or not.Amazing what they can pay for.
