How's this idea. EWC builds the power plants and IOC provides the fuel for these power plants. Makes one wonder how far a partnership between them and PNG could really go. IOC likes vertical businesses just look at the refinery and the search for liquids for that refinery. The early bird gets the worm and makes the money here is my take.
