Has your research in this area uncovered discussions of the changes in the economic multiplier as a function of gross income? I would expect the velocity of money to be far greater down at the low end of the income scale, thus the negative economic impact of additional taxes on the high end would be significantly less. Neither of these articles addressed this phenomena, assuming it exists.
