InterOil Executes Joint Venture Operating Agreement

Tx- I havn't seen the JVOA documents, I have been told this signing gets IOC an additional $20 million and the agreement calls for 2 more wells at Triceratops and they will drill deeper then the last well into what they think are liquids. PRE is committed to help IOC explore in any way they can I was told. I connected the dots with that statement to include another rig. Might just be money to drill with.
One things for sure this is a contract that can be used in setting how to price a govt purchase. Would this price get adjusted for the cancellation clause.???Or this PRE price is a premium price I hear.
