Confirmation received, but don't disclose publicly. Unknown to anyone yet; Total is likely not one of bidders. Instead they have partnered with OSH on a bunch of licenses in the Gulf of Papua, but more importantly in all of the licenses which SURROUND IOC in Gulf Province. Could be in the wings waiting to spring. Wish I would have known that before now. The other thing is that OSH says they have asperations of an LNG project separate from XOM.
