I don't blame Kavo a bit preferring to operate where there's A/C, lights, refrigration and service. Hope he's been in PM with his wary eye, lobbying those that need prodding and ensuring that somehow money from a broke central Gov't is earmarked and delivered to jump-start the development of his isolated and hurting constituents. He's been a staunch supporter of hetting going in The Gulf and just maybe he was needed for final talks too (wishful thinking) while the IOC execs are in PM.
