PNG LNG study released. Shows rushed agreements etc.

Don't think so trans. This study was commissioned some time ago as a look at AusAid and where it goes, effects it has etc. This was done more from an Aussie perspective. Found it interesting that after hearing many times that the agreements, studies, etc that are required for a project were hurried and possibly not done correctly for PNG LNG. Artie Somare had a bit to do with all of that I think.

This speaks to O'Neill's request that instead of aid he wants investments from Australia. He knows how aid funds get abused.
