Additionally, because of the capital gain increases next year, I can't imagine the shorts not locking in profits before the sale down / buy out announcement and putting some additional pressure on the upside by covering their shorts. Of course, I'd like to see the announcement this monday morning but don't expect anything until the 27-28th. I suspect mgmt sure would like to show those reserves / FID by the end of the year.
