From the Browse website: "These fields were estimated to have reserves of 13.3 trillion cubic feet of dry gas and 360 million barrels of condensate with a field life of 40 years" This tells me IOC should be looking to receive at least (I believe more) $1.63 Bil from the SD based on the size/scope of this project compares to Gulf LNG

Not all barrels are created equal.  Some BOE cost much multiples more to locate, collect, combine and treat. That explains a dry gas cost of $7/M.

Some BOE cost multiples less to locate, collect, combine ad treat.  That explains a dry gas cost of $0.12/M.

Would seem to me that some BOE would command a higher $/M when sold to an LNG scheme.
