Not all barrels are created equal.  Some BOE cost much multiples more to locate, collect, combine and treat. That explains a dry gas cost of $7/M.

Some BOE cost multiples less to locate, collect, combine ad treat.  That explains a dry gas cost of $0.12/M.

Would seem to me that some BOE would command a higher $/M when sold to an LNG scheme.
