National newspaper June 18th 2012 reports -there are 3 highways being built or rebuilt by the Chinese money,one is the Gulf-SHP and Palm Inlet Seaport Development.Thats the EWI project in Gulf Province .Explains RC interest in IOC.Article sent to STP for posting.
