Until 'final formal bid' solicitation period is closed, just like a few shorts trading accounts will be. The IOC team running the sale is either smiling or freaking. Snapchat photos on philstar.com show a gleefull bunch. I take that as the 'name' will be right and the $/M will be right. Why wouldn't it??
