This is intriguing news. At a time when other bidders are personally meeting with O'Neil about operating the Gulf LNG project, one of the biggest supporters in operation Zebra (aka Shell) is being muzzled hard.
Is this a message to Duma?
Does this significantly hinder Shell's bid?
Why do I get a sense that this is good news for IOC?
One thing is for sure, this isn't a dull stock.
