Look who's considering third party gas
#3
One of the possibilities is for Exxon to buy a module of NG from IOC. A module was defined to me as an x amount of NG to be delivered in the future as dry NG to Exxon. Price and amount fixed by contract. All IOC needs is a CSP which can be built in 24-30 months and IOC keeps the consensates and Exxon buys the first NG for maybe two years as IOC builds out the LNG plant with its new partner financed maybe by the Japanese in exchange for an offtake contract. How that for cash flow and dollars to explore the other prospects with. This is a possibility but may not be the winning idea.
