Maybe, just maybe since dumb luck IOC management has stumbled across a proposed project that has a negative gas cost and which condensates sales pay for all CAPEX of the LNG facilities there may be hope and a slim chance that one of the few guys in the world - HENRY - to ever manage SD, partnering and LNG build out may just be able to 'beat the price out of the market' and get this is dealio done!
