Come on Spartina the cost of drilling those 20,000 wells is peanuts compared to the huge cost/well IOC has.  No one will want to gamble on IOC's hit and miss strategies.  Don't you know that these SMs pulled out of PNG years ago because there was nothing there?  I hope you are well hedged.
