FMR (Fidelity Management and Research) just filed a 13G on NQ today. As of 12/31/12, FMR owned 363,263 ADSs and now then own 6,273,815 ADSs (13.33% of the company). Smart money did their due diligence and now own over 13% of the company. Valuation is dirt cheap , technology was just validated by the 3rd largest wireless carrier (America Movil) and the deal pipeline is full. Shareholder base is getting institutionalized (e.g., Fidelity increased its holding by 5.9M ADSs over the past 3 months). There are other current holders that will increase their current position 2-3X. Not sure there are better stories in tech to own now.
