Shell reported to have signed the IOC Confidential Agreement. They are preparing a bid.They can't go hostile after signing the CA until they are declared the winner or loser.

If they lose would they go Hostile.??? These guys are intense and want to win. Will they pay up????

Has anyone checked how Shell treats the environment of the areas where they do business???? Think the Nigerian delta. Not good. I would make them place an environmenmtal

bond maybe a Billion dollar bond to insure they are good citizens.Track record just not good.
