When theres a CA involved the shorts fill the news vacuum with nonsense. Scares some investors. Most likely someone is playing a game with the shorts. Keep lending them shares until IOC gets a deal and then call em back. I would think Fidelity would do that type thing. Its a bet thats high risk IMHO.
