That's the point; N Korea is making noise to get attention (and food and money) again. China will eventually intervene and tell the successor PM to quiet down. China has been making noise with the disputed islands issue and Japan. Diplomacy will solve all these issues. So China is no threat to IOC and N Korea is less of a threat. Non-issue both.
