It is said there is no better form of government than a benevolent dictatorship. O'Neil is building a throne within the PNG democracy. Kinda reminiscent of the legendary mayor of Chicago Richard J Daley (the original, not the son although the son learned the trade well). Daley, most agree, as powerful as he was, was very good for Chicago.
