Could someone please give GeFART a little help with his DD regarding the sinister insinuation that IOC is planning a money raise simply because RJ had the disclosure about seeking investment banking fees in the next 30 days. RJ has that disclaimer on EVERY stock in writes on including the likes of Apple ( think they need to raise cash in the next 30 days?). It is called CYA.
