Unless one is emotionally attached to Phil, I'm not sure that it matters a whole lot "why he's gone". It is what it is. My "conclusion" is based on my best logical inferences from all known facts. It is not swayed by a personal fondness or admiration for any one individual. I obviously could be wrong, but again, I see no importance to it beyond possibly helping us "guess" as to timing.
