That is interesting because I am hearing the opposite. The sell down/operator announcement will also include a new CEO which will be a promotion from the new operator organization. This story also has RDS written all over it.

I was really pulling for TOT or XOM but Phil's early retirement smacks of RDS being the highest bidder here.
