IOC mgt reads SHU guys and knows what our concerns are and yes they address them when they can. They can't give a P/R every 5 minutes . Some of us focused on a few SHU posts and sent them in and viola we get a public message about them. Another problem we created that IOC mgt was aware of and had solved. Lot's of moving parts here for IOC mgt. Some need to cut them some slack and give them some credit.
