Does anyone believe that IOC will hold equity in this LNG plant (I.e. wouldn't IOC have production from this first train?)..again the release was unclear but I always expected the sell down would include cash, a carry on capital, and then we'd have 30% or so net production from future LNG.  Thoughts?
