Any thoughts on this piece of the above article bc it goes against what I have heard: "O’Neill told Parliament the exclusive negotiations would run for 60 days after which a decision was expected on whether or not a deal was reached would be announced."

Two thoughts, which revolve around when 'exclusivity' began:

1. If it began last week with O'Neill sharing info with Parliment, then we are looking at late July plus however many days it takes for the unidentified decision makers to decide and announce.

2. Or, exclusivity could have begun sooner than the announcement given last week, which means a final decision could be announced earlier. (I don't recall in anything that was posted a specific date for when exclusivity began.)

If #1, I'd expect more drawn out stock/option trading games.
