Well let's figure this out General George Tusker.
XOM's needs:
3 trains @ 3.5 Mtpa for 50 yrs. = 525 Mt production
1 Tcf = 21 Mt production
525/21 = 25T required
God forbid if there are 2 new trains ax XOM forecasts. That's 700 Mt production.
700/21 = 33.3 T required.
Heck, there may be enough left for a nifty 8mtpa plant in Gulf LNG still. Maybe a moduar one working on a royalty?
And then there are all those other pearls.
We must have more gas than production plants..........maybe we need to line up another one of those mighty soon.
