But won't IOC E/A negative gas cost adversely affect the profitability of PNG LNG expansions if OSH cannot locate more $4/Mcf gas for the PNG LNG JV?? Seems dubious that XOM would prefer an abundance of cheap gas over a scarcity of expensive gas.
