Clipstream G2 is more than just eliminating transcoding.
1. eliminates transcoding
2. no plug in/updates are ever required
3. digital rights mgmt with every video
4. video can be locked to play on a specific device
5. a G2 formatted will live on forever.. (think RealPlayer)

Destiny is creating a competitor to WebM, H-265, and H-264. Those technologies have years of development into them from multiple companies.
Destiny is using technology that they developed in their video game software in the 90s as well as their Clipstream G1 technologies.
Yes, it is quite a puzzle that they have tried to solve. The question is how will they do against the current competitors as well as the future versions of Web-M and H-265.
