I spoke with one director about the SEC and he said that IOC does not initiate contact with the SEC, but has been contacted by them. There were several requests for info/data by the SEC and IOC complied.  Minkow went to his current residence.  Recently the SEC has again requested info/data and IOC is again complying.  This is the full extent of that conversation.
