Response to Bonk
#2

Getit, P'yang is not part of the PNG LNG gas agreements and requires 100 km pipeline to tie into existing infrastructure. The fastest, largest and most profitable path for PNG LNG expansion is to feed 2 trains minimally with E/A gas and that is what they will minimally do. It is hilarious to see the shorts now b-eye-itch about IOC's looming deal with the world's largest energy Co. as if they have any clue of that deal's details. There are many deals ahead of IOC.

edit:  Hides is XOM's lowest cost (hohohohoho) and quickest option for feed gas for PNG LNG expansion

BUT

Hides needs further appraisal to confirm reserves upside.

Really, you don't think XOM realizes Hide's 'reserves upside' already??

Must be stellar.  So XOM  will buy a chit load of feed gas from IOC for the heck of it, or insurance or because they like IOC so much??
