Art-Thanks for the info. Its known Exxon is negotiating for a second train. That would solve most of the booking issue.with two trains.
One source agrees the third train in the existing pipe and then a new parallel pipe. Exxon to pay all most of the expense of the pipe for obvious reasons. IOC would use 1/3rd of new pipe.
