Wall Street forever has had levels of information or degrees of color. That will never change. Ya see the large Brokerage houses sell the information they have in the form of higher commissions charged to customer for that access. And all the companies have a need to raise money once in a while and need access to that Brokerage House customer base. They help each other out. Large investors also get access to information example think Wells Fargo knows more about whats going on with IOC than others???
Its not an IOC issue its Wall Street and how it operates. Many on this Board hear things including you and tell most of what you hear to the board to help those that do not hear. Certainly not all of what you hear turns out to be fact and that's the same for others. We are all trying to figure the IOC paradigm and we do not have access to those Confidentiality Agreements. Everyone knows we don't have access to those Agreements. So what we hear is what someone else says is gospel. Fact is it may not be gospel just someones educated guess.Key word guess.
