The beauty of this piece is that the XOM SPA details will prove every one of these points an absolute lie. The elephant in the room of the short arguments is that XOM is dealing directly with IOC.
I suppose XOM has been scammed many times in the past to create a market cap over 400 Billion. InterOil must have done a brilliant job in deceiving them yet again.
If this is the best of the IOC short arguments, longs are sitting pretty right now.
