InterOil has the Highest EBITDA Growth in the Integrated Oil & Gas Industry (IOC, BP, XOM, MUR, CVX)

By James Quinn

Below are the three companies in the Integrated Oil & Gas industry with the highest EBITDA Growth (next year estimate vs. LTM). EBITDA Growth can be valuable in predicting future cash flow generation and earnings power.

InterOil ranks highest with a EBITDA growth of 190.8%. Following is BP with a EBITDA growth of 87.0%. Exxon Mobil ranks third highest with a EBITDA growth of 24.4%.

Murphy Oil follows with a EBITDA growth of 22.9%, and Chevron rounds out the top five with a EBITDA growth of 22.5%.

SmarTrend recommended that its subscribers protect gains by selling shares of InterOil on June 4th, 2013 by issuing a Downtrend alert when the shares were trading at $79.36. Since that call, shares of InterOil have fallen 5.3%. We are now looking for when a new Uptrend will commence and will alert SmarTrend subscribers in real time.
