Looks to me like this is likely "the" Peter but let's not be so certain it is him, and not bother looking too hard. The fact that he has some new criticisms which seem well meaning. His characterization of E/A as a beast was provocative as was his observation about the IOC data room. In any event I saw this as an honest, well meaning article that most importantly speaks well of IOC's resources, which now includes by almost all accounts a very capable CEO. Good but challenging times ahead for all, challenges with a quickly diminishing ratio of risk/reward.
