Fear not the 60 day 'deadline'

It makes sense that Total may be in for a second deal and I don't dispute that at all. However, with delays and setbacks in our history it may be prudent to seal deal 1 before moving too far ahead. I am aware IOC may be working on these simultaneously but let's not put the cart before the horse....SEAL THE DEAL!!!!!
