very, very close.  It seems that of the 4 major deal points there is 1 being focused on to complete the deal.

Interesting, a small group of us where treated to a discussion of four major business segments during and after the AGM.

Believe "CF" took notes.

Here is what I remember of the four parts.

1. An agreement on the amount of gas that XOM wants.

2. Model or Formula on how to calculate the share of E/A based on the delineation wells.

3.  Pricing model per MCF.

4.  Payment schedule for their share and the development commitments.
