So it seems that Mr. O'Neill has been told that IOC is negotiating "with PNG LNG and others" to provide enough gas for a five-train LNG proejct ... 3 more LNG trains coming around the mountain!!!
This explains why it's taking longer than originally expected; and why the deal will be HUGE.
