Meanwhile Duma gives IOC 180 days "To prove worth"

I really question this 180 day notice by Duma. Does the NEC support it, or has he done this on his own? My sense tells me the latter. With the recent editorial which exposed the rampant corruption at DPE it almost appears he has taken it upon himself to make this proclamation. As we have discussed, this could be one of his last "acts" as DPE Minister if he did this without first conferring with O'Neill/The NEC.

Some of these recent articles say "The State" has given IOC 180 days to prove themselves, but it may have been just The Duma.
