Let's not forget that Total has taken up positions around IOC's holdings and would be in a position, with whatever gas they have in their holdings, to partner with IOC for an LNG plant in the Gulf.

Since Exxon also has holdings in the area, they are a candidate for a partnership with IOC & Total as well.

I have to believe that is on the table.
