Job 1 is to facilitate XOM in PNG LNG expansion with as much gas to which XOM can commit .   Job #2 will be to determine 'optionality' with Gulf plans,

XOM is fortunate to have IOC resource available and I'm sure they realize that.  They will not lose out on PRL15+.  It kinda smells like an SPA has been completed doesn't it?
