LNG Supremacy

The only way to "quickly" add supply is to increase the size of an existing project, ergo 4.6 tcf of prl15 gas.

You are trying to talk yourself into something here.

The fastest way is just to convert an LNG import terminal into an export LNG plant in the USA.

The USA has cheaper and well trained labour from their local oil patch compared to PNG.

The USA has the gas pipeline already run to the plant.

The USA has  good infrastructure that is easy to access and utilise (roads etc) already in place to transport required equipment and workers.

The USA has all the industry in country to build whatever equipment is still required, rather than expense of sourcing from overseas for PNG case.

Etc .... etc ..... etc.
